ABOUT US

Building hope and healing for all who are experiencing Postperfusion Syndrome.
Providing the first-ever global sanctuary for those grappling with Postperfusion Syndrome.
Mission

Welcome to the Postperfusion Syndrome Society and Pumpheaders.org, where our mission is to offer the first global community dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of individuals affected by Postperfusion Syndrome. Together, we strive to build a brighter future by providing clarity and comfort to those navigating the complexities of this condition, ensuring access to vital information and a supportive network.

Vision

Our vision is to create and manage a virtual space for fellowship among those impacted by Postperfusion Syndrome. Serving as a central hub, we aim to consolidate resources from around the world to bridge gaps in information and support, offering a range of resources such as books, videos, news, and information. Additionally, we shall strive to engage the medical community to advance understanding and care for affected individuals, while advocating for policy and industry support to protect those touched by Postperfusion Syndrome.

Values

At the heart of Pumpheaders.org lies its vibrant Forum, the first-ever global sanctuary for those grappling with Postperfusion Syndrome. Our values are rooted in fostering a sense of unity and understanding. Within this community, individuals are encouraged to emerge as resilient survivors, marked by their seriousness, concern, and eagerness to delve deeper into their experiences. Their collective spirit shall be encouraged and harnessed as a powerful coping mechanism amidst adversity. Though Postperfusion Syndrome remains unrecognized as a standalone medical condition, it profoundly impacts patients following coronary artery bypass surgery, often resulting in cognitive dysfunction like memory loss. While Pumpheaders.org does not provide medical advice, recognizing the need for professional guidance, our platform stands as an interactive and informative space for individuals diagnosed with or suspect they may have Postperfusion Syndrome.
